Faulty, Defective or Unsafe Goods

Under the CPA, if a product is defective, unsafe, or doesn't work through no fault of yours, you're entitled to repair, replacement or refund (your choice), at no charge.

Change of Mind Returns

• 7-day return window from purchase

• Item must be in original, resellable condition

• Return courier cost is on the buyer; original outbound shipping isn't refunded

• R100 deducted if the order had free shipping

• 30% handling fee on non-faulty change-of-mind returns

• Orders only dispatched once payment clears

Broken on Arrival — replaced at our cost.

How Refunds Are Processed — refund to original payment method or exchange after inspection; genuine faults repaired/replaced/refunded at our discretion, returned at our cost.
