• Payment information: processed securely by YOCO — we don't see or store your full card details.

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, respond to your questions, keep our site secure, improve how it works, send you marketing only if you've opted in, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Who We Share It With

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted providers who help run our business — including Shopify (which hosts our store), Yoco (which processes payments), our delivery couriers, and advertising platforms if you've allowed marketing cookies — or where required by law.

5. Information Sent Outside South Africa

Some providers (like Shopify) store data on servers outside South Africa. Where this happens, we only use providers bound by protections comparable to POPIA.
